Rawbiotics Rewards Terms and Conditions

  1. The Rawbiotics Customer Loyalty Program is operated by Efficient Microbes. By participating in our Loyalty Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Program is only valid within South Africa.

How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  1. All customers are entitled to free Loyalty Rewards for purchases made online. 
  2. Upon each purchase made online, you will be granted a point for every R1 spent. 
  3. When you accumulate 1495 points you qualify to receive a free 1-litre bottle of Rawbiotics. 
  4. You have the option to keep your free points as they will not have to be redeemed instantly. 

How do I redeem my Rewards?

  1. You must indicate whether you would like to either keep your points or use them for a free bottle of Rawbiotics once they reach 1495. 
  2. The Loyalty Rewards may only be redeemed for a 1-litre size Rawbiotics bottle of your choice.  

Additional Information

  1. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Loyalty Rewards.
  2. Loyalty Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. Loyalty Rewards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty Rewards to anyone else.
  4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. We may discontinue our Loyalty Rewards at our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.rawbiotics.co.za. 
  6. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.rawbiotics.co.za. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  7. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Loyalty Program in South Africa and are governed by the appropriate laws.
