Delivery & Returns

We use The Courier Guy, which covers most of the nation’s locations. We dispatch orders within 1 working day of payment confirmation unless otherwise stated. We receive confirmation immediately with credit card payments, which could mean faster dispatch. 

You can expect your delivery between 2 and 5 working days, location-depending. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you the tracking deets. Please note we don’t send orders on Fridays, and in the unlikely event of extreme weather or road closures, delivery time could be affected, and wouldn’t be considered grounds for order refund or cancellation. If your delivery hasn’t reached you within this time frame, please do contact us with your order number so we can track it down.

If there are any issues with your order on arrival please let us know right away so we can rectify the situation. In the rare event of damage in transit, please send us a photo of the issue - as this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent - so that we can send a replacement.
